Turns out we've been keeping a bit of a secret...

We've had a few people say they didn't realise The Brewery Project is connected to State of Kind Brew co so we'd best put that right!

We opened The Brewery Project because we wanted to create a space right here in Wigan town centre (literally next to the train station!) where people could get together. Same people, same ethos, same warm welcome.

Because let's be honest... life's better when you're sharing a pint with your favourite people. Friends, family, the dog, or even if you're flying solo for an hour, everyone's welcome here!

If you like what we're about, we'd love your help spreading the word. Give us a follow, tag a mate who needs to know we're here, and tell your friends about us.

It really does make a huge difference to independent businesses like ours.

Big changes are brewing… 👀🍴

Meld have now reached the end of their residency, so it’s time for the next chapter at The Brewery Project. A big thank you to the team for everything they’ve brought to the space - we’ve loved having them here.

We’ve decided we’re bringing the kitchen in house and we’re busy working away to get this ready - We’ll let you know as soon as we’re ready to start serving. Until then the bar is open as usual 🍻

We’re thinking this next chapter could include weekend breakfasts with great coffee, alongside a fresh new food menu.

We’d love your input to help shape this to be its best - so tell us:

🍳 What would tempt you out for breakfast?
🥪 What would you love to see on the lunch menu?
🍔 For the main menu, what gets your vote? More small plates? Burgers and loaded fries? Or something completely different?

Today we had our fancy new Wega coffee machine installed for the next phase of the journey, keep your eyes peeled for more soon. Good news is you can now get the best coffee in Wigan and best of all…espresso martinis!!

We are also on the lookout for an exceptional local roaster to provide our house blend roast. If you are one or know of one please let us know.
