It’s (probably) clear that giraffes have a special place in our hearts so when we received this fabulous gift from a customer, we were overjoyed!
His colouring is a perfect match against our logo and gift bags.

Another WOW for Woza Afrika! Only a week old and loads of returning customers for which we’re extremely grateful. As visitors have noticed our seating options were ‘rather limited’ so overnight the fabulous team at The Brooks Shopping Centre ensured that this was rectified, and now there’s additional seating outside our door (albeit not dedicated to us but that’s ok) THANK YOU!

Saturday has been absolutely INSANELY busy so thank you to those of you that waited a little longer to be served but we loved the chats and making new acquaintances. And THAT is what we’ve missed about hospitality. But we’re back and LOVING IT! 💝

What made me smile most today? Taking a moment outside and noticing the broad smiles and pure joy of people queuing to come in. Oh, AND a customer coming in and asking for his TVB @ Home hot chocolate! 💝

But now it’s 🛌 time before we do it all again on Sunday from 10am - 3pm

Another 🏃 day at Woza Afrika. Haaibo guys n girls …. What else can we say?!

A wonderful new addition to our offering are the Synergy coffee beans from Wi******er Coffee Roasters (the blend we use at Woza). Now available to purchase in 250g bags.

We thought we’d share with you a product from our Gift Point range. Made from recycled wood by local South African communities the pop out greeting cards are unusual, sustainable and more than just a gift! Thanks to Franco for narrating

Join us on Friday for our ONE WEEK anniversary 😁. And YES biltong, boerie, droewors and chilli bites were delivered today 🥳

Another phenomenal day at Woza! We’re now totally sold out of our second shipment of meat (that arrived yesterday). For seriaaas! 34kgs gone in 5 days. New order in on Thursday of boerie, droewors, biltong and chilli bites so hurry as op is op!

But today we celebrated a birthday; we had a fabulous visit from a gorgeous baba who was taken up with Franco ☺️ and enthralled with our giraffe.

Love it when our customers come ‘dressed for an African themed visit 🥰

All in all we couldn’t be more grateful! What will Thursday bring we wonder?

We made it to hump day. Sjoe Wi******er you’ve exceeded all expectations! THANK YOU!

Today is bunny day (as in chow, not in Hoppy). A traditional Durban chicken bunny chow served with sambals, carrot salad and of course, Mrs Balls chutney. This is a true taste of a late night at the Blue Lagoon (IYKYK 😉)

Space for dessert? There’s something special about our Malva pudding, served warm, with cold custard. Of course we’ve added (possibly a bit more than a touch) of Amarula. Honestly, what more could one want?

It was as if we’d dinkum opened Woza Afrika in 🇿🇦 . With a full shop the fire shutters slammed down (almost made us duck, as it sounded like something ominous from back home!) Then the lights went out (oh no! Load shedding followed us!) and there we were unable to serve customers whilst Wi******er experienced an almost 6 hour electricity cut!

Yoh!! BUT we had several photo opportunities with some of our visitors who proudly sported their SAffer gear 👋🏼. Loved it!!

Franco whipped up our first orders for jaffles …. And now we KNOW we’re onto a winner with them!

If you didn’t manage to get what you wanted today, don’t worry we’re back on Sunday 10am - 3pm
