This month at RØST has been all about fermentation, across both drinks and sandwiches.
From fizzy basil tepache to funky iced teas, we’ve been experimenting with flavour, acidity, texture, and natural fermentation to bring something playful and evolving into summer.
We’ll have loads of experimental drinks to try over the coming months, these are just a few from the past couple of weeks.
Don’t miss our fermented aubergine, cumin & sun-dried tomato hummus or our house Kimchi either. Deep, savoury, tangy, and already becoming a favourite.
We’re also really excited about our carrot & orange vinegar as it continues developing over the next month. It’s quickly becoming a RØST staple and will start appearing across more of our recipes! Especially during RØST After Hours.
