👩🍳 We’re Hiring a Cook! 🍳
We’re on the lookout for a keen and capable cook to join our lovely little cafe team in Windermere! If you’re used to working in a small commercial kitchen and enjoy a bit of everything—from busy breakfasts to baking cakes—this could be just the job for you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Cooking up tasty breakfasts (things can get busy!)
• Making fresh paninis, sandwiches, soups and more
• Baking cakes, prepping homemade food and other bits when it’s quieter or before we open
• Keeping things clean and safe in the kitchen (health & safety training is a bonus, but we can help with that)
The important bits:
• Daytime shifts only (no evenings!)
• 8-hour shifts, 3–4 days a week
• Must be available at least one day on the weekend (mostly Sunday’s)
• Free food and drink on shift
• Excellent share of tips
• Pay discussed on application
We’re looking for someone who’s calm under pressure, works well with others, and genuinely enjoys being in the kitchen. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that takes pride in serving good food with a smile.
