A little bit about why Little Ferns exists 🌿

I’m Fern, mum of two boys, coffee lover, big believer in community and founder of Little Ferns.
Having two under two showed me just how important it is to have spaces that feel safe, calm and welcoming for the whole family.

I didn’t want to create a space where children disappeared from sight and parents felt constantly on edge.
I wanted something calm, intimate and easy to enjoy - a space where little ones could play, explore and thrive, while parents could sit down, breathe and enjoy a coffee.

If I’m honest, there are days when the doubt creeps in. I left a very well-paid job to build Little Ferns, so when those doubts appear, I come back and read your reviews… and it all makes sense again.

Your reviews truly mean the world to us.
They help our small business grow, help new families find us, and remind me why I started Little Ferns in the first place.

Come and keep cool with us this week 💙
With the heatwave sticking around, our slots are filling up quickly, so if you’re hoping to visit, we recommend booking sooner rather than later.

Please take extra care in this heat - stay hydrated, keep blinds and curtains closed in sunny rooms, avoid being outdoors during the hottest part of the day where possible, and use cool baths, fans, or damp flannels to help keep temperatures down.

If you’re struggling to access somewhere cool and we appear fully booked, please still send us a message. Even when no booking slots are showing, we sometimes have capacity for a couple of walk-ins.
