Our chefs are making the most of this glorious seasonal favourite with our Strawberry Eton Mess Cheesecake – a true celebration of the best of British summer.

Our Head Chef, Ben, says:
“In-season British strawberries really are the best, and our chefs wanted to do them justice on our summer menu. We’ve created our own take on a Strawberry Eton Mess Cheesecake, showcasing strawberries in many forms – compote, jelly, dried and fresh – to really highlight this jewel of the British summer larder.”
