We’re celebrating English Wine Week in style – care to join us? Our private dining space is perfect for 6-10 guests, and you'll even receive a bottle on us to celebrate.

Yes, multi-award-winning winemaker Chapel Down is our premier partner as we say Cheers to English Wine and serve a fittingly magnificent dinner on Thursday night at our air-conditioned St Albans restaurant.

Think Cornish sardines complemented by a crisp, aromatic Bacchus, followed by Haye Farm organic rump of pork paired with Chapel Down’s signature Brut Reserve and finish in style with a strawberry yogurt parfait with Chapel Down’s Rose Reserve.

You’ll have to hurry though – we’ve only one table left.

Final call for Father’s Day. What? You mean you’d forgotten… Well, we have something for all the family to enjoy.

Your Dad will never know when you booked, so do it now and treat him to our special menu with standout dishes he’ll love including Devon white crab croquettes, chargrilled peach, cured organic ham and burrata salad, and confit organic Haye Farm lamb shoulder or one of the two steak dishes.

Pizza is here! From midday tomorrow, our wood-fired oven is lit every weekend through the summer, to take away, or to enjoy in the restaurant and our newly updated walled garden, complete with its own outdoor bar.

Saturdays 12–8pm | Sundays 12–6pm | Fridays 4–8pm (from 19th June)

Pizzas from £15, a garden bar and the usual great food and service you know Lussmanns for.

Eat at Lussmanns any day during (from today, 11 June – 19 July) and as well as our full summer menu, you can select one of our five flavour-packed, delicious burgers with chips, with a drink for just £18.50*.

Up front we’ve got the Americana organic beef with a dynamite sauce.

Other strikers include the free-range chicken schnitzel with Asian slaw, and MSC certified hake with homemade tartare sauce and crisp lettuce and cucumber.

Chargrilled halloumi and Mediterranean grilled vegetable stack with harissa crème fraiche is a real keeper and our hot-headed number 5 is the North African spiced ‘lamb’ burger sitting alongside chargrilled veg.
