Dear valued customers, businesses and residents of knaphill and surrounding villages,

As you can see by these screenshots a certain shop in our community is trying to put a bad name on our business. This just shows how greedy some people are. A respectable way to go about this would be to leave good reviews on the page of the business which you wish to thrive however to have written 4 reviews in the space of about 20 minutes with 2 of them being outing at us here at KNAPHILL CHARCOAL GRILL is what we would consider childish, disrespectful and not a very smart way of making the reviews sound some what legitimate.

It doesn’t take very much thought to see that they are both trying to put our business down but also get a couple of good reviews on there page amongst the not so nice things that have been stated about their food. This is a social threat on my business, my staff and myself and will not be tolerated.

As I’m sure most of you know… here at KNAPHILL CHARCOAL GRILL we stand by making sure our customers have the greatest and most respectful experience possible both when ordering and eating but also with customer help and support.

Please bear in mind, we are a business that has been highly recommended in 2019 by BRITISH KEBAB AWARDS, from judges ranging from award winning chefs to MP’s from all around the uk.

Being competitive is a good thing, it forces us to do our best. It gives us an opportunity to focus on our customers rather than on competition. That being said there is a way of going about it and this right here is NOT it. As a successful business we try harder to make everything better without jeopardising others.

Please don’t mistake us for them as WE DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH WOKING GRILL.
