We’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented operator to take the lead in running the kitchen at our lovely country pub.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person, with options to work on either a rental basis or a profit-share arrangement.
About Us
We’re a great little country pub with a welcoming atmosphere and a strong local following, looking to develop an exciting food offering to complement what we do.
* Approx. 40 covers indoors
* Large garden with excellent potential for outdoor dining
* Well-equipped kitchen including:
* Pizza oven
* Large griddle
* All the usual fittings and equipment needed to hit the ground running
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone passionate about food and hospitality who can deliver a quality pub menu, 7 days a week, covering lunch and evening service.
We currently offer a traditional pub menu with specials, but this is a brilliant opportunity for someone to bring their own ideas, create their own menu, and build something special with us.
This opportunity would suit:
* An experienced chef looking for independence
* A small food business wanting a pub base
* A passionate operator ready to grow their own food concept within an established pub setting
