Maneki is going to Barcelona 🇪🇸✈️🔥

A little while ago, Mike from Umami Plant Based came to visit us at Maneki. We hit it off straight away - sharing a similar approach to food, flavour, and the way we prepare our dishes.

So we’re heading over to Barcelona to spend some time with him, eat some great food, and hopefully explore a few local tapas bars along the way.

Who knows, you might see some Barcelona-inspired small plates popping up at Maneki soon 👀

Pickled Onions 🧅🥢

Our pickling liquor is infused with pickled ginger vinegar, rice vinegar, Sichuan pepper, fresh ginger and sugar. Onions are regorged with yuzu salt for an extra hit of citrus.
