After a very busy academic year for the hospitality and catering learners we finished the year celebrating our students success for the excellent work that they have demonstrated. 🎉
We would like to wish those leaving us best wishes for the future and for all learners to enjoy the summer break.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to our lovely customers who have given our students the invaluable real world experience to help with their future careers. Looking forward to welcome you back in the new academic year.

Our talented learners outdid themselves today, preparing and serving an incredible menu for the annual Staff Awards.
A massive congratulations to all of the award winners and nominees! We are especially thrilled to celebrate our fantastic Catering Team, who took home the well-deserved Team of the Year award!

🌴 From kitchen to culture!
Last night, our Graduates learners in Bali stepped up to the plate. They explored vibrant local ingredients and crafted authentic Balinese dishes. It was a fantastic opportunity to blend hands-on culinary skills with deep cultural immersion.

Our learners have been busy baking delicious cupcakes to celebrate ! 🧁✨We are so proud of their hard work and creativity. It is the perfect way to say a huge thank you to all the amazing teachers who inspire us every day.

Our Assistant Principal, Eliza Treme-Swailes, spent the day visiting teams across the college, delivering cupcakes to celebrate Thank a Teacher Day and recognise the dedication and hard work of our teaching staff! 🍎
