Here’s my menu for next week’s Worthing Vegan Market at AudioActive Worthing
It’s my last Worthing market till after the summer so come and stock up…
On my table I’ll have:
Rhubarb crumble & custard cake - a big hit last month, I had to put it back on the menu
Strawberry trifle cake - this one is a little experimental so keep your fingers crossed it works out - in theory it’ll be vanilla sponge with a layer of vegan jelly & custard topped with another layer of vegan jelly, fresh strawberries, vanilla buttercream & sprinkles. I can’t wait for you all to try this 🍓🍓🍓🍓
Lemon drizzle obvs
And my 4th cake will be the always popular Black Forest gateaux
I’ll also have:
Lemon meringue pies
Strawberry custard tarts
Cheeze scones
Battenburg
Quiche - Facon & tomato, cheeze & onion and spinach & olive
There’s always a special guest on the day, I’ll decide on that in the week.
Last month the taster pots were super popular too, so I’ll have more of those.
Pre-orders always welcomed before the day to collect at the market.
Audio Active are having an open day too so there’ll be tours of the upstairs studio and bands on the stage, so I’ll be in a different spot but not too far away…
