We’re back with a menu packed full of Sussex produce, proper comfort food and a few new favourites.

🍔 Beaufort Burger
🧀 Brighton Blue Burger
🥪 Crispy Pork Schnitzel Ciabatta
🍅 Caponata Orzo with whipped ricotta & pistachio pesto (v)
🥖 Smoked Tofu Bánh Mì (ve)
🍟 Loaded fries & tasty sides

📍 Friday: Firebird Brewery 5-8:30pm
📍 Saturday & Sunday: Arundel Tap 10am-4pm (brunch available 10am-12pm)

Whether you’re craving a juicy burger, a crispy schnitzel or something fresh and veggie, we’ve got you covered. Come hungry, bring your mates and we’ll do the rest.

We’re back out on the road with a month full of pop-ups across Sussex, bringing our seasonal street food to some of our favourite breweries, pubs and taprooms.

Whether you’re after a Friday night feast, a weekend lunch or a cold pint with great food, we’ve got you covered.
