1️⃣ Nawabi Khana
The most complex of all great curries. Made with 21 individually roasted ingredients to create a deep, rich, beautifully spiced sauce. 👑

2️⃣ Karahi Lazeez
Chicken tikka cooked with fried onions, capsicum, tomatoes, chilli sauce and bold spices. Lively, rich and packed with flavour. 🌶️

3️⃣ Chicken Manchurian
Marinated chicken cooked with tomatoes, onions, peppers, ginger and black pepper in a delightful spicy sauce. 🔥

4️⃣ Tikka Saag
Tender chicken tikka cooked with spinach and Kashmiri spices for a perfect balance of richness and warmth. 🍃
