Bresaola
Béchamel base, confit cherry tomatoes. Finished post-bake with bresaola (cured beef), lemon-zested stracciatella, parmesan and rocket.

Apricot & Lamb
Lemon crème fraîche, fior, spiced lamb and apricots. Finished post-bake with hummus and mint.

Our other specials are two that have remained on the menu: of course the Lasagne pizza, and the Nduja & Prosciutto.
