Το EXM εγκαινιάζει τα Wine Wednesdays - έναν θερινό κύκλο βραδιών αφιερωμένο στον ελληνικό αμπελώνα, με καλεσμένα διαφορετικά οινοποιεία κάθε φορά.
Ξεκινάμε την Τετάρτη 10 Ιουνίου στις 18:30 με το Οινοποιείο Γκαράλη από τη Λήμνο.

Για τη βραδιά στήνουμε ένα special wine pairing menu βασισμένο στα κρασιά τους - διαθέσιμο παράλληλα με το κανονικό μενού, σαν ξεχωριστή εμπειρία για όσους θέλουν να μπουν λίγο πιο βαθιά στο ποτήρι.

Η οικογένεια Γκαράλη έχει πάνω από έναν αιώνα ιστορία στη Λήμνο, με βαθιές ρίζες στον Άγιο Δημήτριο, ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά αμπελουργικά χωριά του νησιού. Από γενιές αμπελουργών και τον συνεταιρισμό, μέχρι την ίδρυση του οινοποιείου το 2007 και το Terra Ambera το 2017, η πορεία τους παραμένει δεμένη με τη γη της Λήμνου. Σήμερα παράγουν κρασιά με καθαρή ταυτότητα και παρουσία στην Ελλάδα και διεθνώς.

The EXM launches Wine Wednesdays - a summer series of nights dedicated to the Greek vineyard, featuring a different guest winery each time.

We begin on Wednesday, June 10th at 18:30 with Garalis Winery from Limnos.

For the evening, we’re creating a special wine pairing menu built around their wines - available alongside our regular menu, as a separate experience for those who want to go a bit deeper into the glass.

The Garalis family carries over a century of winemaking history in Limnos, rooted in Agios Dimitrios, one of the island’s most important wine-growing villages. From generations of grape growers and the local cooperative to the founding of their winery in 2007 and Terra Ambera in 2017, their path remains closely tied to the land of Limnos. Today they produce wines with a clear identity and a strong presence both in Greece and abroad.

EX SAGANAKI: Not the kind you expect. Crispy exterior from aged goat & sheep cheese from Evia, filled with creamy smoked cheese cream from Metsovo and our famous dried fruit and caper chutney. Served cold and full of umami ready to open your meal.

On the menu because we like taking iconic and familiar dishes and push them to the next level - without losing what got them there in the first place.
