Πρόσφατα φιλοξενήσαμε δύο ξεχωριστούς ανθρώπους από την Αίγυπτο, που μας εντυπωσίασαν με την ευγένεια και το ήθος τους. Τους ξεναγήσαμε στον κόσμο του ελαιολάδου, δοκίμασαν το εξαιρετικό παρθένο ελαιόλαδό μας και μοιράστηκαν μαζί μας το πάθος τους για τα ποιοτικά τοπικά προϊόντα.Σας ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς για την παρουσία σας και την υπέροχη ενέργεια που φέρατε στον χώρο μας!

Στην Ellis δεν δημιουργούμε απλώς γευστικές εμπειρίες. Δημιουργούμε σχέσεις.💚

Γύρω από ένα τραπέζι με ελαιόλαδο μοιραζόμαστε ιστορίες, γνωρίζουμε ανθρώπους από όλο τον κόσμο και χτίζουμε δεσμούς που μένουν στον χρόνο.

Οι φίλοι μας από την Αμερική μάς επισκέφθηκαν ξανά έπειτα από τρία χρόνια. Η επιστροφή τους μάς υπενθύμισε ότι οι πιο όμορφες αναμνήσεις δεν τελειώνουν όταν φεύγει ένας επισκέπτης· συνεχίζονται μέχρι να συναντηθούμε ξανά.

Για εμάς, αυτό είναι η μεγαλύτερη ανταμοιβή.

Γεύσεις, παράδοση, πολιτισμός και φιλοξενία συναντήθηκαν στον Πρινιά.

Με μεγάλη χαρά η οικογενειακή κρητική εταιρεία Elli’s και το έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο μας Eliama Premium συμμετείχαν στο 1ο Φεστιβάλ Γαστρονομίας Πρινιά, μια ξεχωριστή γιορτή αφιερωμένη στη μινωική και μοναστηριακή κουζίνα, καθώς και στον πλούτο της κρητικής διατροφής.

Το φεστιβάλ διοργανώθηκε από τον Πολιτιστικό Σύλλογο Πρινιά, υπό την αιγίδα του Δήμου Γόρτυνας και της Περιφέρειας Κρήτης, με τη συμμετοχή σημαντικών ανθρώπων της γαστρονομίας όπως οι Νεκταρία Κοκκινάκη, Κωστας Περικος και Νικολαος Χωματας αλλά και με τη ζεστή συμβολή των γυναικών του χωριού που ετοίμασαν αυθεντικά παραδοσιακά εδέσματα και κεράσματα.

Ανακαλύψαμε από κοντά αυθεντικές κρητικές γεύσεις, τοπικά προϊόντα, ελαιόλαδο, κρασί, μουσικές και ιστορίες που ταξιδεύουν από τη μινωική εποχή μέχρι τη σύγχρονη Κρήτη.

🌿Flavours, tradition, culture, and hospitality came together in Prinias.

With great joy, the family-owned Cretan company Elli’s and our extra virgin olive oil Eliama took part in the 1st Gastronomy Festival of Prinias — a unique celebration dedicated to the Minoan and monastic culinary traditions, as well as the richness of the Cretan diet.

The festival was organized the Cultural Association of Prinias, under the auspices of the Municipality of Gortyna and the Region of Crete, bringing together important figures of gastronomy such as chefs Nektaria Kokkinaki, Kostas Perikos and Nikolaos Chomatas along with the warm contribution of the women of the village who prepared authentic traditional dishes and treats.

We experienced first-hand authentic Cretan flavours, local products, olive oil, wine, music, and stories that travel from the Minoan era to modern-day Crete.

For us, Eliama Premium is not just a product — it is the taste, identity, and philosophy of this land.

✨Το Σύνταγμα γέμισε γεύσεις και παράδοση.

Ακόμη μία γαστρονομική εκδήλωση, έλαβε μέρος στο Σύνταγμα στις 22-27 Μαΐου με τις "Ημέρες Πολιτισμού, Τουρισμού και Γαστρονομίας"
Μαζί με τον Δήμο Ηρακλείου και την Our Gastronomy το Eliama premium ήταν εκεί , στηρίζοντας την εκδήλωση και συνοδεύοντας τις Κρητικές παραδοσιακές δημιουργίες.

Το Ηράκλειο, με σεβασμό στον αποδιδόμενο τίτλο που του έχει δοθεί ως "Γαστρονομική πόλη της Unesco", επιτυγχάνει, με κάθε ευκαιρία, να μας θυμίζει ποιά είναι η πραγματική Κρητική κουζίνα μέσα από τις συνεχείς δράσεις του.

Another remarkable gastronomic event took place at Syntagma Square from May 22–27 as part of the “Culture, Tourism & Gastronomy Days.”

Together with the Municipality of Heraklion and Our Gastronomy, Eliama Premium was proud to be there, supporting the event and accompanying authentic Cretan traditional creations.

Heraklion, honoring its designation as a UNESCO Gastronomic City, continues to remind us of the true essence of Cretan cuisine through its ongoing initiatives and cultural activities.

Εκδήλωση: ‘’ Κρήτη Γαστρονομική Περιφέρεια της Ευρώπης 2026’’

Η εκδήλωση αυτη αποτελεί σημαντικό σημείο αναφοράς για την ανάδειξη της κρητικής γαστρονομίας και των τοπικών προϊόντων.

Εμείς στηρίξαμε την εκδήλωση, δίνοντας την ευκαιρία στους παρευρισκόμενους δοκιμάσουν το Eliama Premium .

Σε κάθε τραπέζι της εκδήλωσης, υπήρχε από ένα μπουκάλι Eliama Premium, το οποίο συνόδευε τις γαστρονομικές δημιουργίες των καταξιωμένων σεφ που συμμετείχαν στην εκδήλωση.

Συνεχίζουμε καθημερινά να στηρίζουμε τη φιλοσοφία του Eliama ως ένα εξαιρετικό παρθένο ελαιόλαδο υψηλής ποιότητας , που συνδυάζει παράδοση και υψηλή γαστρονομία.
