For one night only, Executive Chef Dimitris Dimitriadis entrusts Amoni to guest chef Alexandros Charalabopoulos for a special culinary takeover, where a tasting menu rooted in tradition, simplicity, and creativity will be served. A thoughtful wine pairing by sommelier Giovanna Lykou, curated in collaboration with House of Wine, brings depth and rhythm to the eveningโ€™s culinary narrative.
