Pink Bourbon Series pt.2! Santa Elena is here, even less quantity, so hurry up! We will roast this lot only a few times. High altitude washed Pink Bourbon, roasted as light as we can, so the flavours will be developed, without any roasting notes in the final cup. Pure variety and terroir coffee!

And here it is! Natural Yellow Bourbon from Pico Do Mirante of Adolfo Henrique Vieira Ferreira, owner of well established Fazenda Passeio. Pico Do Mirante sits on the highest mountain of the South of Minas. Variety, altitude and the details of its natural process, contribute to this elite(!) Brazilian lot, which was booked by us, for the entire year as our main coffee!!!
