Carissimi amici,
non è, questo, un post facile per noi. E non lo è perché in questa stagione estiva 2025 Bacco, il ristorante di cucina italiana più amato di Paroikià, nell’isola di Paros, non sarà protagonista.
Donatella e Guido hanno infatti deciso di scrivere la parola fine a un’avventura iniziata nel 2020, in piena estate Covid! In queste cinque estati abbiamo vissuto sulle montagne russe vivendo emozioni fortissime di ogni tipo. Certo, non potremo mai dimenticare il piacere di lavorare con i nostri clienti che serata dopo serata hanno affollato i nostri tavoli sul lungomare di Paroikià, le soddisfazioni per i sempre positivi commenti raccolti, per le piacevoli recensioni sui social e per i riconoscimenti, anche nazionali come il Gem of Lifestyle award Hellas ottenuto nel 2024. Così come non potremo mai dimenticare i collaboratori che sono stati al nostro fianco, il loro impegno, la loro disponibilità in una attività quotidiana che non permette un attimo di distrazione e che assorbe ogni goccia di energia.
Grazie a tutti per esserci stati vicini. Noi comunque restiamo pariani per numerosi mesi all’anno. Ci vedremo volentieri!

άυτή δεν είναι μια εύκολη ανάρτηση για εμάς. Δεν είναι γιατί το Bacco, το πιο αγαπημένο ιταλικό εστιατόριο στην Παροικιά, στο νησί της Πάρου, δεν θα παρουσιαστεί την καλοκαιρινή σεζόν του 2025.
Η Donatella και ο Guido αποφάσισαν να δώσουν τέλος σε μια περιπέτεια που ξεκίνησε το 2020, εν μέσω Covid! Αυτά τα πέντε καλοκαίρια, βρισκόμασταν σε ένα τρενάκι του λούνα παρκ, βιώνοντας κάθε είδους έντονο συναίσθημα. Φυσικά, δεν θα ξεχάσουμε ποτέ την ευχαρίστηση της συνεργασίας με τους πελάτες μας που, νύχτα με τη νύχτα, γέμιζαν τα τραπέζια μας στην παραλία της Παροικιάς, την ικανοποίηση των σταθερά θετικών σχολίων που λάβαμε, τις υπέροχες κριτικές στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και τα βραβεία, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εθνικών όπως το βραβείο Gem of Lifestyle Hellas το 2024. Όπως δεν θα ξεχάσουμε ποτέ τους συνεργάτες που ήταν δίπλα μας, την αφοσίωσή τους, τη διαθεσιμότητά τους σε μια καθημερινή δέσμευση που δεν επιτρέπει ούτε στιγμή απόσπασης της προσοχής και απορροφά κάθε ίχνος ενέργειας.
Σας ευχαριστούμε όλους που ήσασταν εκεί για εμάς. Θα μένουμε στην Παρο για αρκετούς μήνες τον χρόνο. Θα χαρούμε να ιδωθούμε!.......
Dear friends,
this isn't an easy post for us. And it's not because Bacco, the most beloved Italian restaurant in Parikia, on the island of Paros, will not be featured in the 2025 summer season.
Donatella and Guido have decided to put an end to an adventure that began in 2020, in the midst of Covid! Over these five summers, we've been on a rollercoaster, experiencing every kind of intense emotion. Of course, we'll never forget the pleasure of working with our customers who, night after night, crowded our tables on the Parikia seafront, the satisfaction of the consistently positive comments we've received, the delightful reviews on social media, and the awards, including national ones like the Gem of Lifestyle Award Hellas won in 2024. Just as we'll never forget the collaborators who have been by our side, their commitment, their availability in a daily activity that doesn't allow for a moment of distraction and absorbs every ounce of energy.
Thank you all for being there for us. Anyway, we will be staying in Paros for several months of the year. We'll be happy to meet you in Paros!
