'Ολοι στο νησί μιλούν γι αυτό και καθόλου τυχαία, αφου πρόκειται για το απόλυτο new entry ,στο αρχοντικό χωριό του Αρτεμώνα !! Στο παλιό λιοτρίβι της οικογένειας το ΠΕΡΙΒΟΛΙ άνοιξε στα μέσα Ιουνίου, ξεφεύγοντας απο τα συνηθισμένα.Με δικό του μποστάνι - απ'όπου προμηθεύεται πολλές απ τις πρώτες ύλες του - έμπειρο σεφ και πιάτα που δεν περιμένεις οτι θα γευτείς σε ένα απλό μεζεδοπωλείο είναι απο

μόνο του έκπληξη!! Τι να πρωτοπεί κανείς για τη μεγάλη ποικιλία σε εμπνευσμένα ορεκτικά που έρχονται σαν έργο Τέχνης στο τραπέζι σου και πόσο καλά να περιγράψει τη γευστική αρμονία των κυρίως πιάτων που χαρακτηρίζονται απο συνταγές που εκτοξεύουν τον ουρανίσκο..
Κι όλα αυτά σε μια άκρως περιποιημένη και δροσερή αυλή στην καρδιά του γραφικού οικισμού.Μη φύγεις αν δεν δοκιμάσεις απο τα χειροποίητα γλυκά του , που είνα απλώς ακαταμάχητα !!! Το chateau καπουτσίνο είναι απ τα δικά μου αγαπημένα...Τιμή απο 15 euro /άτομο . Καθημερινά απο τις 19:00 - 01:00 μέχρι τέλος Νοεμβρίου.
