Σαν ηλιοκέντημα.
Το φως του ήλιου, το απαλό του παιχνίδισμα πάνω στην άμμο. Η έμπνευσή μας.
Σαν να κεντά μικρές χρυσές λεπτομέρειες. Όπως «κεντάνε» οι γεύσεις μας.
Γιατί, υπάρχει πιο ωραίο φως από το φως του ήλιου;
Στο φως του ήλιου δε χάνεσαι, γεννιέσαι αθόρυβα, αλλάζεις μορφή. Κάπως έτσι, επανασυστήνεται και ο Εξάντας μας.
Χώρος και γεύσεις, λουσμένα στο φως. Από απόψε, σας περιμένουμε για ένα φωτεινό καλοκαίρι.

As if it stitches delicate golden details. Just as our flavors “stitch” their own.

Season’s End with empty plates and full hearts

“There is no sincerer love than the love for food"
Throughout the summers, that love has been our language - spoken through herbs and heat, laughter and late evenings, sunsets and shared plates.

They say people become more beautiful when they talk about the things they love - and perhaps that’s been us, glowing a little brighter each day as we cooked, served and celebrated what we hold dearest.

Now, as the season folds gently into rest, we pause with full hearts. Thank you for sitting at our tables, for the joy you brought through our doors, for reminding us why we do what we love.

We will spend the quiet months dreaming up new flavors and stories to share with you during summer 2026.
