Same kitchen. Same family behind it. A full renovation that transformed the space into something we're genuinely proud of — The Garden of Calypso, with its arched walls, neon sign, coral banquette seating and olive trees overhead, built for long evenings under string lights. And a brand new bar at the heart of it all — terracotta walls, rattan pendants, a solid wooden counter and shelves stacked the way a proper bar should be.

We didn't change what Calypso is. We just gave it the setting it always deserved.

This is the part of the evening we love most — when the plates are cleared, the lights are low, and nobody's in a hurry to leave. Our new bar was built for exactly that. A proper drink, good music in the background, and nowhere else you'd rather be.

Season 2025 has come to an end for all of us at Calypso.
Wow what an amazing summer it has been!!
