dumplings workshop returns 🍜🥟
After so much interest, we’re happy to open a second date so more of you can join this cozy, flavour-filled experience.
In this workshop, we explore the art of vegan ramen and handmade gyoza — discovering how deep umami can be created without any animal products, using simple Japanese ingredients like kombu, mushrooms, miso and aromatics.
Together, we’ll prepare a nourishing ramen broth, seasonal toppings and delicate vegan dumplings, focusing on balance, warmth and mindful cooking.
A hands-on experience for curious cooks, food lovers, and anyone who enjoys sharing good food around the table.
