Our purpose ist to provide healthy food for travelers. Healthy diet and lifestyle are the best holistic health treatment.

We provide first class health food at economical prices. The same food at higher prices would be less loving. Our purpose is to extract financial support from the traveling community to develop our ecological farming and community project, "ARK ON ATITLAN." All profits go toward ecological and sustainable development. Our true purpose is the shepherding of the earth and its inhabitants. We grow as

much organic ingredients as practical for your food at our farm, Ark on Atitlan. We focus on what grows well organically locally. All Moonfish food is prepared entirely from scratch using fresh local ingredients, with the following exceptions: The tofu and tempe are made by a cooperative in Solola, the alcoholic beverages and sodas we buy. Some juices and the dairy products are made locally.The milk is full cream imported milk due to the unreliabe quality of local milk. We use no prepared products like tomato paste, or mixes such as pancake mix.

They are more nutritious as our volcanic soil is still high in most trace minerals.
By increasing demand for local crops we improve food security.
