We have an important announcement to make. On February 9th Shimo will close - only temporarily. We will be starting a new chapter by relocating to a new address this summer with a fresh look and diverse menu!
Before we temporarily close on February 9th, we hope to service you once again at Shimo - where it all began! During this time, our familiar faces will be eager to share a drink before we close doors temporarily. Please come over and celebrate with us!
