🌱✨ Celebrating Our Anniversary at Roganic! ✨🌱

To celebrate our special day, we visited Roganic in Causeway Bay! They have a fantastic veggie set that’s both delicious and innovative—perfect for our vegetarian cravings.

As the first restaurant in Hong Kong to earn a green Michelin star, Roganic truly stands out. Their commitment to sustainable gastronomy shines through in their beautiful new space, made with recycled materials and reclaimed wood.

Their new menu focuses on zero waste, using every ingredient to its fullest. Plus, they’ve teamed up with local designers to create a dining room that embodies their philosophy of “Reuse, Recycle, Repurpose.”

Roganic also partners with Lee Gardens to minimize their carbon footprint through the Food TranSmarter system, which turns food waste into electricity! And just a short walk away, they grow their own herbs and flowers at the Hysan Urban Farm.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience that’s good for you and the planet, Roganic is the place to be!

This time, we enjoyed the Keto Bibimbap featuring local organic tempeh and okra—truly our absolute favorite! The flavors are vibrant, and it’s a wholesome choice that never disappoints.

We also tried the Summer Madness Mango Sushi Paradise with veggie-based salmon. It’s not just a meal; it’s a colorful, healthy masterpiece on your plate!

Supporting local farms while promoting a healthy lifestyle is what we’re all about, and Wanaka makes it easy to do both. If you haven’t experienced their menu yet, we highly recommend it!
