每次泰餐都係炒金邊粉、生菜包、串燒，不如黎 Saya 試下正宗既泰國咖喱！Saya 既咖喱都係用純泰國香料、天然椰奶等等食材 花數小時熬制。客人點餐後先會加上新鮮蔬菜配料，再給客人享用。

我們餐廳採用泰國無激素雞肉。由於不使用激素催谷雞隻生長，全天然飼料，所含的營養都比市面上的雞肉高！口感紮實，保證新鮮！而我們選用的雞肉亦取得清真認證（Halal certification），適合信奉回教的人食用。

配合我們廚師自家製泰國沾醬-Nam Jim Jaew，酸甜香辣又惹味。
