In Wan Chai, Hong Kong, twelve seats come together.
The precision and seasonal philosophy of Japanese kappo, and the heat, wok aroma, and layered depth of Chinese cuisine, meet on a single counter—listening to one another.

Through the perspective of the founders and the team, we arrive at ISSEKI NIAJI today: a place devoted to counter dining, and to the intimate distance between people and food.

Through the lens, you will witness moments when ingredients are treated with care, the rhythm of dancing flames, and those nearly silent yet essential instants of focus before a dish is complete.

There is no loud declaration here—only a gentle yet steadfast cultural dialogue.
Under the name ISSEKI Ryori, tradition is respected as it moves quietly into the present.

We are proud to introduce our newly designed logo — a symbol of craftsmanship, harmony, and refined Japanese elegance.

The design draws inspiration from Ensō (円相), reflecting unity and the artistry behind our fine-dining experiences.
The subtle use of the number 9 pays tribute to our roots, while the circular form embraces our vision for the future.
