I still remember the first pizza I tried to make - It wasn’t perfect, but I totally fell in love with it, and I found myself. Today, seeing Fiata receive a Michelin Bib Gourmand feels amazing. Thank you for believing in this little dream of ours. I will still be doing the same - Waking up preparing early everyday for the food to make sure everyone can experience the true Italian pizza.

Most days, it’s just me, the dough, the oven, and the ingredients. I don't think too much about awards, but only about making the next pizza better than the last. Thank you Michelin for recognising us as a with a Bon Gourmand award. I am still who I am - My name is Salvatore Fiata, from Caserta.
