Driven by nature's best, our menu evolves with the finest seasonal ingredients. We are now in the final weeks of Norwegian skrei – a premium Arctic cod, and one of Chef Jim Löfdahl's favourites. We pair it with fermented mushroom sauce, delicate vendace roe, and grilled pointed cabbage. Reserve your table to enjoy this dish before it departs.
