來自拉丁文「8」命名,以香港為核心的飲食集團,將國際視野的極致飲食體驗引進亞洲。由米芝蓮3星意國名廚Umberto Bombana作策展人的Octavium為牽頭餐廳,旗下有以手工點心及潮州滷水美食的中菜NOVE九号館及NOVE at the Fringe。今年6月,集團再添兩個新品牌登陸中環,以威尼斯主題的意式咖啡屋Venédia及主打歐陸牛扒屋REX Wine & Grill。
Octavium為集團的牽頭餐廳,Chef Umberto Bombana全新概念的私房菜,以精緻家庭式意菜定位,以他鍾愛溫馨的家元素作室內設計,現由曾獲米芝蓮2星名廚Chef Roland Schuller出任行政總廚,於2017年開業,不足一年間已獲米芝蓮一星嘉許,演繹了在港推廣現代意式fine dining的角色。

,擁有50年極致造詣的功力,秉承「傳統不守舊,創新不忘本」的哲學,用心做點心。紮根在香港,九号館有一份舊香港花樣年華的情意結,故選址在傳奇的利源東街及一級歷史建築的藝穗會,細訴old Hong Kong story。

Our group is currently running a portfolio of 3 restaurants, including Michelin-starred Italian restaurant, Octavium and Chinese dim sum specialty restaurants, Nove Chinese Kitchen and Nove at the Fringe. Octavium is Maestro Chef Umberto Bombana’s boutique private dining concept, his laboratory to develop new culinary ideas from just classic Italian to modern European sensation. NOVE九号館 is a chic Chinese restaurant serving some of the best dim sum in Hong Kong as well as famous Chiu-Chow-style marinated delicacies and refined Chinese fare. Two more brand new restaurants are under renovation and will be open in June 2021, Venedia is bringing the authentic Italian coffeehouse vibes to HK. REX is in the city for wine and grill, an Italian and American steakhouse in bold and fine concept.
