不過我哋CREW出名生命力強，一定同大家關關難過關關過💃🏼🕺🏼 2026年CREW會繼續用心做最好嘅咖啡比大家🙌🏻 我哋嘅綠色牆喺外牆工程完結後都會翻嚟，灣仔綠洲一定會回歸🌴

In 2025, we went through so many ups and downs that we know for sure that absurdity has no limits — sometimes it was really hard not to break down and cry 🥲

But you know CREW is famous for our resilience. No matter how tough things get, we will always pull through together 💃🏼🕺🏼 In 2026, the CREW will continue to make the best coffee for everyone with our heart and dedication 🙌🏻 Our green wall will be back after the exterior renovations are done. 等到頸都長埋，我哋終於等到PMQ Coffee Agenda 邀請我哋參與呢個啡界盛事, 好開心 🥹 我哋今個weekend 喺PMQ 見好無?! (31/10 - 2/11, 每日1100-1900)

為咗呢個event, 我哋揀咗啲好有故事嘅豆。每一系列嘅豆都代表唔同嘅產區、處理法同風味個性，希望可以同大家一次過體驗精品咖啡世界嘅多樣性:

🇪🇹 埃塞俄比亞 Elto 系列: 呢新興實驗性處理廠就係我哋近年嘅favourite，佢哋專收集高海拔嘅豆同埋有創意嘅處理法都備受推崇。

🇰🇪肯亞 Farmer’s Cooperative Society系列: 合作社由小農組成，農戶平均面積不到1 公頃，主要種植 SL28 與 SL34 品種。亞高海拔（1,600–1,800 米）紅色火山土質，日夜溫差大，造就咖啡櫻桃慢熟、密度高、風味優異。

🇵🇦巴拿馬家族名莊Hartmann: 長年供應高端烘焙商。而巴拿馬 Los Cenizos Geisha 曾於 Best of Panama 得獎，屬限量批次。兩款咖啡都優雅細膩、風味獨特，可遇不可求。

🇨🇴哥倫比亞 Finca Altamira: 哥倫比亞家族經營莊園，完全呈現出傳統嘅哥倫比亞咖啡風格，花果平衡、茶感柔順，係經典嘅味道。

輕輕講下呢個旅行~ 呢個trip 其實係我哋開業時嘅其中一個目標，可以閉店幾日，請各位同事一齊去旅行飲飲食食鳩fing 下。經過五年嘅努力，今日終於做到。好任性，好燒錢，但好鬼爽😙

希望我哋和平相處幾日，旅途愉快啦下，同埋希望旅程唔受颱風影響啦！大家唔好太掛住我哋，星期一見😎

In other words, from today til Sunday (19-21/9/2025), there will be no coffee for you at CREW Wan Chai, so don’t come knock on our door😂 Limited service will still be provided at CREW Central

Let’s talk a little about this trip. Actually, this trip was one of our goals when we started the business: to be able to close the shop for a few days and take all our colleagues on a trip to eat, drink and mess around together. After five years of hard work, we finally made it happen today. It’s a bit reckless, costs a lot, but it feels so damn good 😙

Hope we can all get along these few days, have a great trip, and hope the trip won’t be affected by the typhoon! Don’t miss us too much! See you all on Monday 😎
