We left feeling truly grateful. Being part of 's 3rd Anniversary "6-Hands Series" on 13 May, alongside the remarkable chefs and , we came together to adapt and create a beautiful harmony—blending Latin American cuisine with the root-to-seed philosophy of letting vegetables be the soul of the menu.

Thank you, dear Feuille team, for inviting Chef and the MONO team into your kitchen. It was our pleasure cooking with you all and for your guests!

Banana passion fruit takes center stage here, expressed as a sorbet and sat upon a creamy vanilla pannacotta - at its core a salsa of nixtamalised kiwi and nopal cactus. The dish is finished with a crisp Colombian oblea and hibiscus opaline for that necessary crunch.

香蕉百香果擔當主角,化身為雪葩,輕盈坐落於絲滑的雲呢拿奶凍上。核心之處,則是奇異果和仙人掌所製成的醬汁。最後綴以酥脆的哥倫比亞薄餅與洛神花薄糖脆片,添上那不可或缺的清脆口感。
