咖啡的酸度讓不少人卻步，也可能讓他們錯過了一些美妙的味道。

我們剛剛更新了餐單，希望為大家帶來更貼地的咖啡體驗，同時亦為大家帶來溫哥華Harken Coffee的咖啡豆。

An excellent Ethiopian coffee with sweetness and elegant acidity.

隔離完畢的第一杯咖啡，酸度與甜度都十分優雅，有著葡萄的味道與黑茶的餘韻。這是Harken Coffee 最受歡迎的咖啡，可惜的是他們的實體店已關閉，只維持咖啡烘焙多約半年。
好東西更要珍惜。

溫哥華咖啡團

而家人在溫哥華, 試左好多間coffee shop, 五月返黎時想帶啲性價比高既豆俾大家。精心挑選了兩間roaster, 29/4晚截單, 有興趣就DM 我啦

1. Prototype Coffee - 可以說是整個trip 最喜歡的咖啡店，沒有之一。落筆之時總共去了三次, menu上espresso 有4 種選擇(3款SOE)，brew coffee 有16種選擇。當中包括了不同處理方法和不同等級，例如不常見的Mexican Gesha。由於選擇十分多，店舖亦提供tasting flight，讓選擇困難或貪心的客人可以用近似杯測的方式試上4種咖啡，我和友人當然也試了。好處是能讓客人更容易分辦到處理方法的特點和類近的風味。以我們選擇了的咖啡分別有番石榴、熱情果和芒果幾種相似的酸味，同時品嚐可以放大各自的特點。咖啡店面積並不太大，tasting area 放了幾張長枱，只限客人逗留30分鐘並不許用手提電腦。偌大的水吧有著許多手沖的設備，後面的位置放了三部Aillio R1 烘豆機，簡潔的設計讓烘焙、沖泡、品嚐可以於同一空間內進行。

2. Harken - 開在一條靜得很的街並鄰近市中心較雜的地區，到店舖朝聖的人卻不斷地把店舖擠得水洩不通。服務態度沒有挑剔的空間，坐在吧枱上，創辦人Eldric親切地問”can I get you still or sparkling water?”，奉上一杯有氣水後便介紹不同的豆。坐在吧枱看咖啡師沖泡咖啡是一件賞心樂事，而客人和侍者間的交流也讓整個體驗生色不少。期間看到他們萃取espresso的時間相當長，約一分鐘的時間比平常要多一倍，Eldric解釋這是他們多次實驗後得出的最佳萃取時間。這或許是他們店舖名字的最佳寫照，學習過往的經驗但會不斷改進。
