It is with great sadness that BIBO served its last dinner service on February 17th.

BIBO, Le Comptoir’s first brainchild, opened its doors in 2014 to realise our passion of ‘redefining fine-dining.’ BIBO pioneered a groundbreaking dining experience in Hong Kong by presenting modern French gastronomy alongside the works of the world-renowned contemporary artists with the likes of Invader, Kaws, Banksy, Yayoi Kusama, Damien Hirst and Jeff Koons. Within a few months of opening, BIBO received the honor of being named the first Relais & Châteaux property in Hong Kong, further affirming its innovative philosophy.

While BIBO has garnered countless international accolades as a culinary and artistic destination, we feel most honoured for the memorable experiences that we have been able to create for all guests that have walked through our doors.

The BIBO team is immensely grateful for all the friends and family we have made along the way and sincerely appreciate your support and patronage for the past 6 years. We hope to see you soon to personally express our gratitude.

Josper grilled lamb saddle served with a side of quinoa ‘ulam,’ a spin-off of a traditional salad, prepared tableside with ikura, herbs and dry shallots.
