正宗的西班牙小酒館Rustico於2014年開業，供應別出心裁且帶有時尚元素的經典加泰羅尼亞菜式。位於荔枝角的Rustico佔地2,000平方尺，能容納78位食客。餐廳設計帶傳統西班牙風味，充滿懷舊感的紅磚牆，以流動的荔枝角街景作背景，讓食客猶如置身西班牙一樣的用餐體驗。由西班牙籍行政總廚Carlos Salvador Asensio帶領，炮製一系列地道的伴酒小食，為食客呈獻色香味俱全的創新西班牙式佳餚。 Opened in June 2014, Rustico is a rustic Spanish tapas and wine bar, serving traditional Catalan favorites with a modern twist. Seating 78 people, it occupies 2,000 sq ft, with furnished brick walls and large windows opening up to a dynamic street view of Lai Chi Kok. Helmed by Spanish Chef Carlos Salvador Asenio, Rustico strives to present an unrivaled dining experience with a taste of Barcelona, one of the most celebrated food capitals of the world.
