改良自近年新興嘅 Buddha Bowl，我地將佢製作成一個小蛋糕咁；🎂

底層有纖維滿滿嘅糙米同蛋白質豐富嘅綠扁豆，
疊上秘製醬汁烤焗嘅日本南瓜 🎃 ，
自家製嘅蛋沙律 🥚 ，

Lotus Biscoff 係比利時特色嘅焦糖餅乾，帶住濃濃肉桂同紅糖香氣，味道獨特，近期仲喺 Threads 有好多創新食法添！🔥
而我地就覺得用佢來做嫩滑嘅芝士蛋糕係最完美嘅組合🧀🍰💛

餅底同撻邊都用咗香脆 Biscoff 餅碎同濃郁牛油，芝士蛋糕入面加咗Biscoff spread，再落少量檸檬汁平衡甜味，蛋糕面仲淋上一層薄薄 Biscoff spread，甜度剛剛好，層次豐富🍯
餅底同芝士蛋糕比例完美，望落簡約又精緻，食落口感嫩滑又 balance！

店主表示非常滿意呢個出品😊 所以由突發 popup 正式出道登上 Menu 啦！🎉

Lotus Biscoff is a signature Belgian caramel biscuit known for its rich cinnamon and brown sugar aroma. It has a unique, addictive flavor and has been trending with so many creative recipes on Threads lately! 🔥
Gwee thinks turning it into a smooth cheesecake is the absolute perfect fit 🧀🍰💛

The pie crust is made with crunchy Biscoff crumbs and butter. The cheesecake filling is loaded with Biscoff spread, balanced with a touch of lemon juice to cut the sweetness. A thin layer of Biscoff spread is drizzled on top — the sweetness is just right with beautiful layers of flavor 🍯

The golden ratio of crust to cheesecake is spot on. It looks simple yet elegant, and the texture is super smooth and well-balanced! We love this creation and hence this popup special has officially made it onto the regular menu! 🎉

同十家再介紹一下我地嘅其中一款special drink - 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗠𝗢𝗖𝗛𝗔！⁣

創作靈感來自店主小時候獨愛嘅即沖棉花糖朱古力。⁣
Cream Mocha採用nutty口味嘅espresso加入法國Valrhona 70% 黑朱古力，再加上Signature嘅岩鹽厚奶蓋，最上層放上自家製嘅蛋白餅。⁣

食嘅時候可先攪勻飲幾啖，再將上面嘅蛋白餅篤碎入去，蛋白餅吸左下面嘅mocha半脆半淋變成棉花糖咁嘅口感，雙重嘅口感同味道。冷暖皆宜。⁣
