Fleur de Sel is a French restaurant specializes in crêpes, with its first outlet opened at the end of 2010 in Causeway Bay, and its second outlet opened in Soho Central at the end of 2012. Gregory was the head chef of the French Consulate in Hong Kong and has also worked at Robuchon a Galera in Macau. With the passion for cooking and especially in French cuisine, he opened Fleur de Sel to introduc

This summer, students from St. Francis of Assisi’s English Primary School had a taste of French culture at . The workshop starts with an introduction by our Chef - the origin and evolution of galette, following the demonstration of making crepes and students designing their own.

Apart from this, students were able to learn French here and practicing it by ordering in French. The workshop ends successfully with students enjoying their savoury galette and sweet crepes here.
