Gregory was the head chef of the French Consulate in Hong Kong and has also worked at Robuchon a Galera in Macau. This summer, students from St. Francis of Assisi’s English Primary School had a taste of French culture at . The workshop starts with an introduction by our Chef - the origin and evolution of galette, following the demonstration of making crepes and students designing their own.

Apart from this, students were able to learn French here and practicing it by ordering in French. The workshop ends successfully with students enjoying their savoury galette and sweet crepes here.
