Miss Saigon 最近於午餐中加入順化豬手湯河粉，以秘製滷汁滷製的豬手，肉質稔滑，豬手的皮入口即溶，味道濃郁，配上自家熬製的湯底，美味得令人差點連碗也想吃掉，午市限定。

Braised Pork Knuckle Pho is newly introduced to our lunch menu. Pork knuckle is marinated with homemade sauce, it is tender yet rich in flavour, only available in lunch menu, must try!

我們的越南扎肉是自家製，嚴選本地新鮮豬肉和五花腩，先落薑汁和調味料，放在水中浸泡兩天至發大，然後用攪拌器絞碎兩至三次至起筋狀態，再以保鮮紙和錫紙包裹，以低溫蒸氣蒸熟，此自家製扎肉的味道濃郁但甜美，口感紥實，令人百吃不厭。絕非坊間那些加入了化學成份而成的「擦膠扎肉」可媲美！
Our Vietnamese ham is homemade with local fresh lean pork and pork belly. The diced pork is soaked in water with ginger juice and seasoned for two days before being minced. Minced pork is wrapped by plastic film and aluminum foil before being steamed in a low temperature. Our ham is springy yet firm, unlike those ham sold in the local markets, with added chemicals which has rubbery texture.
