Carbon Brews Like The Wind (Collab with Christopher Doyle 杜可風）
Style: IPA
Abv.: 6.4%; IBU:50

The second collaboration with renowned cinematographer and beer lover Christopher Doyle. This is a robust American IPA with citrus, grapefruits, stone fruits and pine characters from the hop, a sturdy malt backbone, and a dry finish. At 6.4% ABV, this brew is inspired by the tropical winds we experience in Hong Kong. In Chris’ words, “It’s brewed. It grows, in unexpected ways… it comes and goes on you, just like the wind.”

As we wrap up 2020, let's all take a few moments to double the HEA. Infused with a double dose of CBD (@120 mg/L) on a potent 8.0% double IPA, this may be just the antidote for it all.

Tasting Note: Aromas of coconut, pineapple with a subtle vanilla. On the palatte coconut & rum with some lemon and pineapple coming through. Smooth mouthfeel balances perfectly with the acidity from the souring.

In Time Hazy DIPA is a beer you should dive into right away. Intense aromas of limes, grapefruits, mangos, and papaya with hints of coconuts. Hazy but smooth and juicy on the palate. Just like a glass of fresh squeezed juice, drink it fresh and drink it in time.

In Time Hazy DIPA係一款飲過就冇退路嘅啤酒。強烈嘅青檸、西柚、芒果、木瓜同微微椰子香氣，混濁但入口順滑而充滿果汁感。就好似一杯鮮榨果汁咁，要飲就要及時。

柑橘鐵觀音淡愛爾 / Tangerine TGY Pale Ale, ABV 4.8%, IBU 37

以烤烘麵包嘅麥芽味道作為基礎，加上來自柑橘嘅香橙味
以及鐵觀音嘅蘭花香氣，呢款清爽而充滿果香嘅 Pale Ale
就咁誕生。

Pale Ale with a light but toasty malt base, citrusy hop profile,
orange-like characters from fresh tangerines, and orchid-like Tie
Guan Yin tea aroma.

Captain Psykick Siesta Lager is a dry hopped American Pilsner
with clean malt characters that you can easily crush one after
another. The beer is dry hopped with selected American hops,
which give a soft classic citrusy aroma, and a dry and crisp
finish with a firm but tamed hop bitterness.

New beer on tap - Hazy IPA by Moonzen Brewery. 🍻 🥭 🍊 This 8.1% hazy IPA delivers heavy mango and papaya aromatics with a smooth juicy mouthfeel. It is packed with citrus hops to make this beer extremely tropical and session-able. Low bitterness but still packs a punch.
