A man of focus and precision, we give thanks and praise to our Sous-chef and squid fishing extraordinaire, Sing ! 😎

Hailing all the way from Sheung Shui, Sing learnt his craft working at a local steakhouse before jetting off to Brisbane to discover new cooking techniques at a riverside restaurant. He's now called Kinship home after working his way through soho and central.

Outside of the kitchen, he loves tattoos, novels but more importantly, karaoke, so be sure to ask who his favourite Canto-pop artist is! 🎤

We're giving love and appreciation to one of our senior figures in the team. He's been part of the Showmen family since 2020 and has been a stalwart for us with a passion unlike any other. We humbly welcome you all to our Jr. Sous Chef, Zith ! 😎

A local boy with roots all over New Territories, he's had humble beginnings and exposure to old-school Hong Kong cuisines which he still takes inspiration from to this day. He's carved his way into central and soho and brings his love for karaoke and especially canto-pop into the kitchen.

Be sure to ask what his current hairstyle of choice is! 💈💇🏻‍♂️
