我們把古老的地中海土耳其咖啡沖煮法介紹給你。

有別於現代將咖啡渣過濾的習慣，土耳其咖啡把豆研磨得很幼細，混合沖煮，咖啡渣沉於杯底，喝起來香氣濃郁富口感。而利用細沙作熱源，令咖啡均勻受熱，做出豐厚的泡沫，增加層次感，讓咖啡加倍濃郁。

除了傳統口味，我們還備有不同咖啡特飲及其他土耳其糖果小食，來試試吧！

We bring the oldest coffee brewing method from Turkey to HK. Drink together with the extremely finely ground coffee bean, giving strong thick coffee taste, which is different from other types of coffee where the grounds are filtered out. Apart fr
