We are looking for a barista to represent one of Hong Kong's most successful Specialty Coffee Shop. We are proud to provide “fresh-made, hand-made and daily-made” Coffee & Bakery Catering, with the highest range of flavors available on market, using the best quality ingredients ever.
Responsibilities:
• Enthusiasm for work and coffee
• Provide good customer services, willing to connect with others and full of team spirit
• Dial in and serve different kinds of coffee in different styles
• Obtain knowledge of customers’ expectations, promote and encourage them to return daily for their coffee
• Accurately process transactions into POS system
• Barista skills management: of Barista standards. Oversee and train all barista on preparation and presentation of beverages.
• Manage and supervise with partnership of shop manager the coffee bean supply, ordering, quality control, inventory and wastage.
• Contribute and offer solutions to ideas for more effective operational flow and control
• Cultivate a professional, friendly, efficient work environment and be a leader and role model for all barista
• Actively work toward creating an excellent shop experience through customer service, beverage preparation and presentation as well barista stations are clean and organized at all times.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year relevant barista experience
• Good team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude, cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
• Good time management, tidy and clean in appearance
• Good command of English and Cantonese is preferable
