Crab Club returns this December on 11th, Thursday. Chef Gizzy presents a special menu inspired by the bold flavours of Sri Lanka, featuring beloved classics, including the roasted corn salad and the String Hopper Kothu, back by popular demand, and new dishes such as the Jackfruit Croquettes and the Lime Coconut Crab, a heartwarming dish harnessing the delicate aromas of turmeric, coconut and lime leaves. 蟹會將會喺今年12月11號星期四返嚟。廚師 Gizzy 推出咗一個特別嘅餐牌,靈感嚟自斯里蘭卡嘅大膽味道,當中包括深受喜愛嘅經典菜式,包括受到大眾需求嘅燒粟米沙律同 String Hopper Kothu ,同埋新菜式,例如牛油果炸丸子同青檸椰子蟹,呢道令人心動嘅菜式,利用咗姜黃、椰子同青檸葉嘅細緻香氣。
