“Sanran” means “brilliantly shining,” and we named our brand “Sanran” with the wish that each customer who enjoys our products can live richly and shining brightly. “Sanran” is a fusion of the brewery’s passion, the brewer’s skill, and the thoughts of everyone involved in this sake brewery. We believe that by loving and cherishing this brewery, we can create a wonderful sake.

◆ 望 辛口純米 とちぎの星
�「望」意味著踮起腳尖遠望，作為對未來日本酒的挑戰而建立的新品牌，作為奢侈品和文化的日本酒，其清新透明的口感和醇厚圓潤的甜味令人上癮，必定能讓每個人都喜歡。望系列皆為無過濾、酒精度16度的原酒，並且不添加酒精的純米酒，均適合作為餐中酒，酸度的清爽感是其顯著特點。

”bo:“ signifies looking far into the distance while standing on tiptoe, and it is a new brand launched as a challenge for the future of Japanese sake, such as a luxury sake with refreshing clarity and rich, rounded sweetness of this sake are addictive and will surely be loved by everyone. The ruby ”bo:“ (ぼう) also means ”buono (delicious).“ The bo: series consists entirely of unfiltered junmai sake with an alcohol content of 16 degrees and it is pure rice sake without added alcohol. All of them are suitable as food pairing sake, characterized by a crisp acidity.
