《Farewell & thank you》
致一直支持匡智小館的您，
由於匡智小館的租約快將期滿，匡智小館將於7月24日後正式結業。
回顧接近3年的時光，小館一直支持智障學員，提供工作機會，讓他們接受各種餐飲業在職培訓，盡展所長；其中更有兩位學員因著優秀表現，得到其他商業機構賞識，並招聘為廚師及服務助理，給予我們機構認同和支持，證明我們一直堅持宗旨，盡力履行社會責任，讓學員有更好的發展；而現於小館內工作的其他學員，亦將會安排到社企其他的新項目內工作及培訓。
離別在即，特別在此感謝一直支持匡智小館及社企的您，讓學員得到寶貴的訓練及工作經驗，除了技巧上的進步，更重要是增強了他們的自信心、對陌生人的溝通技巧及讓大眾擁有一個難得的平台，了解智障人士的能力，以達致傷健共融。
最後，離別雖然傷感，相信將來必定能再相見，並因著您的支持，讓智障學員擁有更美好的明天。

Dear Supporter,
hc:Bistro’s term of tenancy is due to expire soon. We hereby to notice that hc:Bistro will be closed permanently after 24 July, 2021.
In the past 3 years, we stick by our commitment insisting on providing job opportunities with on-site training to our people with intellectual disabilities team. All the PID trainees in hc:bistro, we have for them arranged a seamless transition, where from August onward they will get relocated to SEO new projects.
Again, million thanks to all the supporters, without whose disinterested contribution and support to the project, all of our trainees at hc:bistro would not obtained this precious experiences of social inclusion and training, through which in fact our trainees have received much exposure and interaction with the public mainly customers, and because of that their self-confidence is therefore boosted a great deal as a result.
Luckily, over the past few years, with gratitude, we even have trainees (one used to be a junior helper in the kitchen and another a waiter) headhunted as a chef and a service attendant now, which once again approves of the value of the support from you has had on the project.
Last but not least, we look forward to see you again and still to another co-operation in the future.
