Lobster Hot Stone 🦞: Succulent blue lobster tail with fragrant garlic butter rice, bursts of ikura and black tobiko, and savoury teriyaki mushroom. 

Braised Galbi 🌰: Tender braised short ribs accompanied by the rich flavours of pecan, chestnut, and ginkgo.
