睇相覺得好型 自己想試又唔知點做？！

機會嚟啦😎ATMA同學仔 我哋瑜珈加設Arm Balance手平衡嘅班，教授手平衡嘅基本原則、唔同肌肉運用、日常練習同埋進階練習嘅方法，以及練習唔同手平衡式子，如烏鴉式 Crow Pose、八角手平衡Eight Angle Pose ，草蜢式Grasshopper Pose等等。

Arm Balance 手平衡係瑜珈練習中重要嘅一環，同時都係邁向高階練習嘅必經之路嚟㗎！🧘🏻‍♀️
