Please note that K-Roll has closed its last shop in Hong Kong. K-Roll was predominantly an office worker lunch business. However, the continuing flexible work from home policies has resulted in reduced office worker foot traffic. This is the new norm.

In addition, all the pre-COVID dine-in only restaurants now offer takeaway and delivery services which has increased competition. This is also the new norm. Therefore, the current business model is no longer sustainable.

After 3 very challenging years which started with the protests in 2019, we will take a break and reassess how, when and where to make K-Roll’s come back!

Thank you to all our loyal customers who appreciated the freshness and high quality ingredients of our food! Hope to be reunited in the future!

Many people have complained that they cannot get our food delivered through FoodPanda because they are located outside FoodPanda’s delivery zone. Therefore, we have partnered with Oddle who can deliver throughout Hong Kong. Please click on the Oddle link above.

Now that more people are going back to the office to work, many residents living above Elements Mall have commented it is a bit too tight to get to our shop by 7pm on their way home from work.

Therefore, as of May 10, 2022, on weekdays we will extend our business hours to 7:30pm. You can also order via FoodPanda or OpenRice by 7:15pm (previously 6:45pm) and pick up by 8pm since our staff will be closing up the shop between 7:30-8pm. Saturday and Public Holiday hours will remain the same (11am-6:30pm). And we are still closed on Sundays.

All, due to the adverse impact to our business caused by the pandemic restrictions, we have closed our HK shop permanently.

But our shop in the Kowloon MTR Station (below Elements) is still open so please visit us. Our shop is on the Lower Level, Exit Side of Airport Express (near McDonald’s).

Our Kowloon shop business hours are:

11-7pm on Mon-Fri
11-6:30pm on Sat and Pub Hol
Closed on Sundays

All, due to the adverse impact to our business caused by the pandemic restrictions, we are currently operating the HK shop for limited hours during lunch (11-2pm). And April 30 will be the last day the HK shop will be open.

But we will keep our Kowloon shop open. Currently, our Kowloon shop is operating normal business hours (11-7pm on weekdays, 11-6:30pm on Saturdays and Public Holidays and closed on Sundays).

Please note that we will be closed during the Easter holidays starting with Good Friday (April 15-18).
